Description
“Marriages and Cultural Disaster” is a book that explores the history of marriage from a Biblical perspective, tracing its roots back to God’s original design for one man and one woman. Despite this divine institution, man has developed his own ways of polygamy, deviating from the original plan set out by God. This book aims to take people back to Biblical marriage, emphasizing the importance of one man for one woman.
Throughout the Old Testament, we see the dominant figure of man exerting his influence over daily life and developing the practice of polygamy. However, in the New Testament, Jesus brings forth the idea of one man for one woman. Despite this, the general sin of humanity has made it difficult for people to accept this new idea. Only born-again Christians can truly embrace the concept of one wife and one husband.
